Food Service & Ordering

Menu and Availability

Order Acceptance & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Jimmy's
• Payment is due at time of order placement

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup orders must be collected within 30 minutes of notification
• Delivery services are provided through third-party partners (UberEats, DoorDash)
• Delivery terms and fees are subject to third-party provider policies
• Jimmy's is not responsible for delivery delays or issues beyond our control

User Accounts & Responsibilities
